Bulba (Бульба, [ˈbulʲba]) is a concert dance based on Belarusian folk traditions, choreographed, among several others, by Igor Moiseyev. The word means “potato” in Ukrainian and Belarusian languages.

This is one explanation. The other is that b in “bulba” is in fact a “v”. But that ends in a right word “vulvanews”, which is surely something strange. Possibly the whole story should be named as “Punci Malware Team” (a hungarian reflection to vulva) than “Teamspy”. (in fact, in this case a better transcript would be bylbanews)
